Dash, the digital currency for payments and e-commerce, has teamed up with Anypay, a global payment network, and eGifter, a gift card marketplace offering 300+ eGift cards to U.S. and global brands.

People can turn their Dash directly into eGift cards without converting to fiat.

We are very excited to be able to bring Dash onboard as a payment method,” commented eGifter.com CEO Tyler Roye. “We’ve been bombarded with requests to accept DASH on our site, so we were anxious to join the DASH community, and Anypay made it happen quickly and easily.

Anypay CEO Steven Zeiler said of the partnership:

We are delighted to be able to connect the DASH community to millions of products and services available from the hundreds of major brands offered by eGifter.

Dash has recently signed a definitive agreement to acquire eRoom Securities, LLC and hired Brunswick Group’s Scott Patrick as CFO.

eGifter accepts Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as well, but Dash’s speedy confirmations and Anypay’s split-second transactions give Dash an advantage when using cryptocurrency for payments.

Anypay’s point-of-sale system also accepts payments via text messages thanks to a partnership with CoinText, an SMS-based cryptocurrency wallet.
