After the AAA, I was busy with other stuff and I could not write about how our conference took place.

I was meaning to start my presentation with an anectode and I did it:

I owe a lot to my flatmate back in Istanbul, who was an ardent cryptocurrency trader.

As usual, our panel did not get much of an audience but participants were responsive and I got my feedback. Hopefully, a proper draft will be ready by mid-January. It is still early to make a claim (but I am eagerly reading about the field) and I am still working on topics I am more knowledgeable like political trolling (and now finishing up a brief report on fake news on Turkey). I am on my way to attend the Munich workshop as I have previously noted. But I am keen on developing new fields of study for myself. We are working on a book proposal on cryptocurrencies with Anıl (Sayan) that may emerge in a year or so.
